Refund and Returns Policy

At The Laptop Sphere, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with physical damage caused by the customer
  • Used products
  • Software or digital products
  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number
  2. Provide images if the item is damaged or defective
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

5. Replacement

If the product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
